Be in this position for 45-60 seconds.

Halasana

Firstly lay down on your chest on the yoga mat,lift your legs along with your hips upwards.
Try touching the floor behind your head with your breathe in and straighten your legs.
Baddha konasana
Practice this Asana daily to get relief from stress,tension,anxiety and along with that it also resolves issues related gas ,acidity.
Firstly lay down on your back on your yoga mat and keep your hands on the side of your body.
Keep your palms facing up,bend your knees,bend your feet in praying pose.
Bring your feet near your thighs,be in this position for 30-60 seconds.
