Sarvangasana

Firstly lay down straight on your back.
Now try to make your body and legs tight and rock solid.
Breathe in and try to lift your legs upwards.
Now lift your waist and your chest upwards.
Hold your waist keeping your elbows on the ground.
Be in this position for 45 to 60 seconds and keep breathing slowly.
Paschimotanasana
By practice of this Asana, spinal cord and bones of the waist become stronger. It also makes your body flexible and helps in height increase.
Firstly you will have to sit on the floor.
Now bend your legs towards the front.
Now bend your hands towards the front.
Now touch your toes with your hands.
Bhujangasana
By regular practice of this asana, the bones of the spinal cords gets stronger and also helps in height growth.

First Ne lay down on your chest.
Place your palms flat on the ground under your shoulders.
Bend your elbows straight back and place them to your sides.
Look straight down to your yoga mat ,anchor your pubic bone to the floor.
Breathe in lifting your chest off the floor,role your shoulders back,keep your lower ribs on the floor.
Keep your neck as it is in a neutral position.
Repeat this for 25 to 30 seconds.
Surya namaskar
This asana is also called the complete Yoga. Practicing this gives benefits of practicing all the other asanas at once.
By practicing of this asana the body gets immunity as well as also helps in height increase.
Step 1. Pranamasana(prayer pose)
Stand straight on the floor try to balance your body on your feet.Breathe in and bring your arms up,bring your palms in front of your chest in a prayer position.
Step2. Hastauttanasana
Breathe in,lift your arms up and back,keeping the biceps close to the ears.
Step3.Hastapadasana
Breathe out,bend forward from the waist,keeping the spine erect,exhale and bring your hands down touching your feet.
Step4.Ashwa sanchalan asana
Breathe in,pull your right leg back,keep the right knee on the floor and look upwards.
Step5.Dandasana
Breathing in,take the left leg back,bring the body in a straight line.
Step6.Ashtanga namaskara
Bring your knees down to the floor and exhale, take the hips back, bend forward, keep your chest and Chin on the floor, your hands ,knees,chest, feet and chin should touch the floor.
Step7.Bhujangasana
Bend forward and raise your chest and your head up. Look up towards the sky.
Step8. Adho Mukha Svanasana
Breathe out, lift your back and your hips up to make an opposite v shape.
Step9.Ashva sanchalan asana
Breathe in, bring the right leg forward in between the two hands, keep the left knee on the floor, and lookup towards the sky.
Step 10. Hastapadasana
Breathe out ,bring the left foot forward, keep the palms on the floor.
Step 11. Hastauttanasana
Breathe out,stretch the spine
up, lift the hands up and bend towards the back.
Now come to the normal standing pose. This completes the Surya Namaskar asana.
Sirsasana
Sirsasana has been considered a very important Asana as far as height increase is concerned.
By regular practice of this Asana,spinal cord strengthening,blood circulation increases,relief from head problems like headache,hairfall,weak eyesight,memory power issues.
Firstly sit in vrajrasana position on a flat surface.
Bend towards front and keep elbows of both hands on floor in front.
Join fingers of both the hands.
Place your head in between both hands.
Keep your head properly on the floor and lift your legs towards sky giving a push from the feet.
Try to straighten your body.
Come back to normal position after one or two minutes.
Chakrasana
Chakrasan is useful in stretching your whole body which results in increase of height, it also has other benefits.
Lay down on your back
Keep your hands near your body.
Band your hands towards your head and keep your Palms near your shoulders.
Now lift your body upwards as only your palms and feet are on the floor.
Try to bring your hands towards your legs as much as possible.
